Healing Trauma. Restoring Faith. Honoring Dignity.

Welcome—I’m so glad you’re here. My name is Kaitlin Gotch, LPC, and taking the step to seek support takes genuine courage. My highest priority is offering a safe, compassionate space where you feel fully seen, respected, and supported.

My practice is named Totus Tuus Counseling PLLC, which translates from Latin to "Totally Yours." Historically recognized as the papal motto of Saint John Paul II, Totus Tuus represents total dedication and entrustment. Clinically, it reflects my deep commitment to you: during our time together, my focus, therapeutic expertise, and care are entirely devoted to your healing, growth, and personal goals.

I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling alongside a Master’s degree in Theology and Christian Ministry, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in both Connecticut and Idaho.

My clinical approach is grounded in honoring the inherent dignity of the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. I specialize in trauma recovery and evidence-based Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), helping clients develop concrete tools to manage overwhelming emotions, navigate stress, and heal from past wounds.

Because every person’s journey is unique, my services are entirely client-centered and tailored to your comfort level:

  • For clients seeking faith integration: Rooted in the spirit of Totus Tuus, I offer a rich, thoughtful blend of evidence-based psychological tools and Catholic/Christian theology to help you heal emotionally while growing spiritually.

  • For secular clients or those with diverse beliefs: I frame Totus Tuus as complete clinical devotion to your care. I provide top-tier, clinically grounded therapy focused strictly on your mental health goals, honoring your personal values with complete respect.

Whether you are looking to recover from trauma, learn practical skills for daily emotional balance, or integrate your spiritual life with your mental well-being, I am fully committed to walking alongside you on the path to lasting peace and wholeness.
